  • How long is the rental period? How does it work?

    The rental period is 48 hours spread over 3 days.
    Say if you book for 2nd, we will deliver on 1st and collect back on 3rd.
    The rent price given on site is for this period.
    If you want to hold on to the dress for longer, just give us a ring @ 9626831210. We will arrange for it on a case to case basis.
    We will come deliver, we come collect it back.
    You can pay online or do a Cash on Delivery.
    For all Cash on Delivery orders, we will call and confirm the orders prior to processing.

  • What about fitting?

    We get your bust, waist and hip measurements.
    We will fit the clothes for you before delivery.
    You can also chat with us through Liri or call or whatsapp (9626831210) and share your concerns. We will try everything to get the dress to fit you perfectly. You also have an option to choose a back-up dress. We will deliver both and you can take one. You will just have to pay the rent for the higher priced one of the two.

  • Is there any additional deposit or cost we will incur?

    Its just the rent price you have to pay. Nothing else. Except if you want a trial prior to the actual delivery date, you will have to pay 350INR for that.

  • What about Hygiene?

    Hygiene is the most precious thing for us. We do an organic dry cleaning every time an outfit comes back to us, we steam it before delivery. Be rest assured, it is going to look new.

  • General

  • When should I make a reservation for the product?

    If you want the delivery in Hyderabad, you can book 2 days prior to the event date or up to a month in advance. The earlier you book, the better it is for all. Ex. If you want the outfit for a date on 10th, you will have to make the booking at least on 8th.

    For delivery in any other metro, you will have to make the booking 4 days prior to the event date. Eg. If 10th is your special day, please make the booking at least by 6th, so the outfit can reach you on time to make your special day, even more amazing.

  • What if I need an outfit earlier than the last booking date mentioned above?

    Give us a call (9626831210), or whatsapp us on this number or chat with Liri on our site, we will do all that is humanly satisfy to get you your dream dress.

  • How do I change or cancel an order?

    You can cancel the orders at account > orders. If you want to change the order, you will have to cancel the previous order and place a new one.

  • What if I want to try the dresses prior to the delivery date?

    IFor now, we have this service in Hyderabad, at a flat rate of 350INR, to cover our logistics cost. You can get the outfits you want to try on at your home, and select from those, subject to availability.

  • Will I be refunded for cancellation?

    If you cancel a week prior to the delivery date, then we will refund 100% of the amount to your bank account.
    If you cancel within a four days of the due date, the 80% of amount will be credited back to you.

  • Dress

  • Do I have to take care of laundry?

    No, Laundry will be taken care of by us.

  • Do I have to pay for laundry?

    No, we don't charge extra for laundry from our customers. It's completely free.

  • What happens if I damage the dress?

    You will be liable to to pay a sum for the repairs which depend on the type of repairs. We understand that there might be slight problems like a stuck zipper, but for anything that requires a considerable amount of energy and time spent from our side, we would expect you to pay.

  • What if I am not sure about my size?

    You can order an extra outfit and try out both at home, and choose the one that you like, return the other one back to the delivery guy. The one you choose will be collected at the end end of the rental period. For this service an extra 20% of the rent price of the second product will be charged.

  • Delivery

  • When will the product be delivered?

    You get to choose your event date. The product will be delivered a day before your chosen date and it will be collected back by us a day after the event.

  • Can I extend the return date?

    Its subject to availability. If available, you have the option to extend the rental and the product will be take back a day after the rental period ends. The rental cost is multiplied by the number of days. When booking for multiple days, the days must be consecutive. The days of non-availability will be blocked in the calender.

  • What if I want the same product for different dates?

    In that case, you will have to make separate orders.

  • Are there any shipping charges?

    No, all the products are delivered free of cost.
